Crazy Modern Prophet
Was Pat Robertson prophesying when he warned residents of Dover, Pennsylvania not to be caught by surprise if disaster hits? Robertson’s rebuke came after citizens of Dover voted out all eight board members who tried to infiltrate science classes with Intelligent Design.
Robertson claimed that Dover residents effectively “voted God out of your city.”
Do you not think it scary that this man can say so many outrageous things, and continue to draw a huge following?
My favorite of Robertson’s godly admonishments is when he said, “I’d like to say to the good citizens of Dover: If there is a disaster in your area, don’t turn to God, you just rejected Him from your city.”
The prophet has spoken.

“Have no fear for atomic energy,
cause none of them can stop the time.”-BOB
Bob probably wrote that line for something totally unrelated but when I first heard it I was in a state of enlightenment for days. It works though. Honestly I’m numb to people that make any proclamations about God. I think people like that have mastered the Art of Seduction. They understand that life’s a game and whoever can influence the most people wins. He’s good. He’s real good actually. But maybe he’s right.
Nah.

[...] Pat Robertson is spewing radical god-speak again. This time he’s leveled his judgments against a man suffering on his deathbed, Israeli Prime Minsister, Ariel Sharon. As usual, Pat thinks he speaks for God when he blames Sharon’s stroke on the decision to “divide God’s land.” Pat referred to the Bible, saying it “makes it very clear that God has enmity over those who divide my land.” [...]
